All these while, Ms Hazel and Mr Arthur of Newshan has been so helpful in supporting and assisting my queries. I am finally going on a cruise with my family come March 2022!!!! Thank you Newshan!

It's was such a pleasant experience dealing with both of them . Felicia is prompt in replying to my enquiries in WhatsApp. Among the agency I have enquiry on Felicia is the most approachable and patient in replying my enquiry & providing the information I need. Auther was so welcoming and friendly while assisting my booking. Both are such a great team. Will definitely put them in my first choice if open up for more travel options. Two thumbs up for both of them ??

She is prompt and quick in securing whatever I wanted for this cruise trip.
One thing that makes her really stands out is her friendliness and attentiveness to check out if everything is going alright and will be ready any time to help to resolve any issues that can be done at her end with dream cruise.
Price is definitely reasonable. In fact, cheaper then booking direct.
Highly recommended and no doubt will go back to her again if I needed to book another cruise trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would to thank Trojan for assisting my friends and I to our recent cruise on Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Sea. He was helpful and was quick on replying on our queries. The booking was extremely smooth and really, all we had to do was to pack our stuff and board! During onboard, we actually had some issues on extra charges. However we were able to get assistant from New Shan and it was resolved quickly. Really thankful for the team for going extra mile for us to create a great travel experience!
