No cashier outside.
Need to get other items placed outside go in then to cashier. Otherwise you will spend time going in TT all over again. But a lot of people enter the exit side. No need TT.

β β β β β Bought golden snapper from NTUC west plaza.
The auntie (From China) that cleaned the fish did a terrible job in cleaning the fish.
She punctured the gallbladder of the fish, and big portion of the fish was contaminated by the bile. This is very serious, fish bile is known to cause renal failure! What will happen If a senior citizen bought the soiled fish, cooked and ate it?
NTUC should treat customersβ safety seriously.
Also, The fish was not cleaned properly as it was still covered with loose scales.
Pls take action to properly train your staffs in food safety and in how to perform basic task correctly.

β β β β β The fresh pork section is excellent, wide selection and dedicated staff to offer advice. This lady Wang Qinjie who is in charge of this area is Super Excellent courteous, helpful and hygienic... 5 STAR.. Strongly recommend.....
Visited this same outlet again and was served by another lady CuiYing... Not a very good experience though ... miles apart from this lady Wang Qinjie. Unlike Wang Qinjie, this lady is far less welcoming and willing to serve you .. kind of a big contrast between them...

Highly recommended to come here and grab your groceries.

Special complimentary to senior staff Elise Lim who was extremely helpful whenever I approached her for help with my senior wheelchair bound parents.
A big Thank You to Elise Lim who always make my shopping at West Plaza Fair price so pleasant and always feel at ease, because of her professionalism her branch colleagues always work with joy and confidence.

β β β β β A relatively large Fairprice supermarket that isnβt super crowded even during circuit breaker. There is alot more stuff added to this branch after a major makeover. My favourite Thai organic red brown rice is still available. And I would like to thank the TL for the relevant section for ordering the Taiwanese green max brand of multi grain δΊθ°·η±³ rice for me. Highly recommended to visit this outlet as you won't be disappointed with the good variety of products and also the sushi and baked chicken. The staff are also very helpful with our purchases. Highly recommended!
