★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used PandaMart quite frequently, but of late, there’ve been issues and after today’s experience, don’t think I’ll use them anymore. Ordered some groceries and snacks for my niece. They delivered half the items and when I raised the issue, I was told by their customer service agent that they won’t issue a refund. Was told to look out for an email and when I received the email, I was told that I’d not get the refund for the items which were not delivered ! That’s cheating, in my book !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people really just throw all the orders in the plastic bag and call it a day. No semblance of order or trying to pack properly to keep the integrity of items. Imagine buying 6 bowls of instant noodles which could be easily stacked on top of each other but they just hurl it into the bag, unbelievable.
