★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and unprofessional service. When I ordered 4 packets, they always gave me 2 spoons only. Not one time, every time they did it ! They also don't call out the order numbers, just throw the packed food on the table. So we must always go to the table to check for our orders. I also noticed when customers asked for more chilli's, they showed black face and chided the customers that the chilli's were inside the bag. I don't understand what is the problem of giving customers one or two more packets of chilli's !

Tried ordering via grabfood delivery, small quantity for that price. 3 packs of different noodles. Have gotten twice that amount of food for the same cost from other seafood shops in Pasir Ris.
Mee goreng had fake crab meat, fish cake, coupla prawns, no actual seafood.
Seefood white bee hoon, had coupla prawns, little shredded slices of fish, some undercooked clams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited one hour for my food but staff did not warn about the long waiting time when ordering. While waiting for my food at the 30min mark, they were telling other people ordering the wait was 25-30mins. Ridiculous waiting time. Should have warned people before they place their orders

Don't be like me, don't waste your precious time.
I approached the aunty at the half hour mark, and she told me to wait for the buzzer.
Oh, and they forgot the fried egg that was supposed to be added on.
