★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The FairPrice to go to if I want to pick up essentials/groceries and compare it to the Giant supermarket nearby.
Not as big as the one at Toa Payoh Central near the MRT but has quite an extensive range of goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This NTUC is the most crowded and busy, its a small cramped places where theres so many long queues and older more matured citizens, as a person working here and buying things from here very long time ago, I dont recommend to someone that is running out of time or getting something quick as the long queues are usually dragged on because its either, cashiers talking or gossiping to other people, customers taking their sweet time. Management at the back end working for this branch ntuc majority very rude and not helpful at all. If you were to work at ntuc on your first day dont expect them to help you as they will be expecting you to know everything and dump you to counter immediately. Thanks for wasting my time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff with name of YEO POH CHENG yelled at me on 27 Mar 2022 at self checkout counter, as if co.never paid her salary and she spared no efforts to create worst impression for NTUC Fairprice.
After I made payment and packed stuff, I moved my shopping trolley before I disposed a used small plastic, the said staff suddenly yelled at me to throw away the plastic, I told her that I was about to dispose it into a thrash bag that customers have been using at all time, the said staff shouted loudly, accused me of trying to throw Dirty things into throw 'recycled bag.' I told her that she shouldn't be so rude over such an incident, she started waving her hands at me and continued shouting,' you throw it away outside...'
I left the store, the said staff was still continuing with her yelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great that ntuc have extended hours and with constant supply of fresh produce, and clean environment, so many of us are reluctant to visit the older fresh and wet market. I guess brick and mortar supermarket will still survive the online shopping onslaught as we still prefer to handpick and choose our fresh produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually review supermarkets but fr this one I must get it off my chest. Been shopping at this branch for my groceries for years and though i have known the packing stuff to be rude, and from time to time I have ever seen customers telling them off for their rude behavior, it never bothered me though. But for this week, been there in 2 consecutive days and witnessed 3 incidents of such rude behavior in that short time and it was unprovoked, and the customers choosing to be quiet about it. Being tolerant of such bad behavior and service only perpetuates it. NTUC should really appraise their customer service and improve on it, at least for this particular branch.
