★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one stop shop for getting all your kid-needs. Used to come here to get presents all the time, and this place used to be packed. However, it's a little overpriced now. It's usually quiet on weekdays.
Still convenient if you need to get a gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store selling products for baby and young kids! I have been patronizing the store for several years. Reasonable price and quality. Most products are marked with the "CE" logo, or equivalent. My experience is: I trust the products that they are safe for baby and young kids.

I’m writing this to compliment two of your staffs which was stationed at new-born/ toys section at Toa Payoh outlet. It was during my visit at 30/12/2020 around 11.15am - 12pm. These two staffs shows excellent service attitude and is super helpful in helping me to search for this particular product, “Vtech 3-in-1 zebra scooter” which was unavailable in many of your outlets. I’ve went down to your outlet at Bedok Mall and even called many of your outlets, but none of your staffs there was as helpful as the ones in Toa Payoh. Especially, one staff from a particular outlet which told me it was troublesome for them to check one and every outlets if it does carries it.. Was wondering why the staff at Toa Payoh could do it, but why can’t she... I really do hope that this compliment letter could reach to the two helpful staffs in Toa Payoh as I’m really pleased and thankful to have them helping me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the largest Kiddy Palace store I've come across. Staff I've interacted with are extremely helpful and pleasant here. There is also a very large selection of baby and maternity products here, much more than the other branches located within shopping malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to go.Already preggy and so hot.Inside was like a sauna.Extremely uncomfortable.the air con can't be felt or maybe spoilt.no idea but freaky spoil mood.Have money also don't wish to shop.Regret coming and will not comeback.it's big but selection of cot and stroller no difference vs the ones at mall.disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff don’t know what is a safe entry gateway mobile. I was unable to use the QR code to check in to the safe entry so I asked if they could use the safe entry gateway mobile app to assist me to check in, the staff standing at 1 of the entrance (for the baby section) said she don’t know what I am talking about.
Please assist to educate your staff and show some respect to their customers. She kept saying how I can check in from the front entrance and my app doesn’t show the check in history. Another staff from the other entrance approached me, I was able to check in the other entrance when the staff assisted me, I told her that I was denied entry and she apologised on her colleague’s behalf. I didnt get her name but I’m appreciated for her help. (She’s a Chinese woman with short hair).
