โ โ โ โ โ Dr Chua XZ is a very friendly, patient and experienced doctor. She patiently answered all my questions about my child illness and explained medications in detail. Dr chua went the extra mile for my girl and made me comfortable in trusting her expertise. Some of my neighbours/friends visited her clinic too when their child were sick and recommended me to visit her. Also, her staff (wears tudung) is helpful/friendly even though the clinic was very busy, usually ppl will give black face or get impatient if busy. Dr chua consultation prices are affordable compared to other places hence the visit as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Happy that I brought my grandson (6 months old) to this clinic for his wheezing cough. Dr Chua patiently examined him and after her thorough check, my grandson was found to have bronchitis as well as eczema. Glad that a right diagnosis was made. Subsequently, we have visited Dr Chua for other illness. My grandson is now a heathy 14 months old toddler. Grateful for her care and kindness that makes each visit a less stressful one for my grandson. Dr Chua is one doctor that treats her patient with tenderly care and love beside her skill.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been hesitant to bring my boy to see a new Dr when Dr Mas left. However, she told me that I have to monitor his asthmatic condition very closely. Henceforth, it all started from then when I first brought my boy to see Dr Chua. It has been almost 3 years since then. Recently, she just help to โfixโ back my boyโs arm. Which amazed us. We know that Bedok Point is going through renovation by end of this year. We hope that there will not be a relocation of the clinic. If there is, we also hope that it would be nearby. Itโs hard to find good doctor especially who take care of asthmatic issue well.

โ โ โ โ โ Despite so many reviews about the queue system or waiting system still there is no improvement.
Yes we are just a walk in customer but being told to wait 45 minutes for repeatedly 3 times is so unpleasant and we could have went home to let our child rest while waiting.
45 minutes times 3 is 2 and half hours.
There is so many advance mobile apps can that give the users a notification upon next in queue but yet nothing is done.
Please do something about it.

โ โ โ โ โ Edited - placed an online appointment the day before and it was recorded as submitted. I tried to call numerous times the next morning on day on appt but no answer. When we arrived with our sick kid, we were told curtly that the appointment was not confirmed and turned away. We only received a call later in the afternoon but by that time we had gone to another paed.
Would appreciate if the appointment booking system can be improved - till that happens, I'd have to leave the review here sadly.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor is skilful. Waiting time reasonable. Front desk is helpful. My little girl gets better after her 1st round of medication. I am thankful that I have brought my girl here instead of gp as gp does not have comprehensive medication for toddler. I will certainly recommend this paediatrician to parent with young kids

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Chua was very patient and precise in her diagnosis. I know sometimes the recovery time depends on both the meds and patient, but my 1 year old recovered from his high fever in about 2 days after visiting so that would be some reference data for other parents. Dr Chua was very patient and detailed in her explanation and more than willing to answer some of our additional queries. She does seem genuinely concerned about my son which made worried parents like us feel better and more at ease.
We have also visited the kids clinic @ Tampines before and the experience with the PD is night and day. Highly recommended to visit Bedok's if you can!
