★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my grandmother to Faith Hearing as her hearing had been deteriorating for a few years, after she stopped wearing hearing aids due to discomfort.
Ms Teo was very gentle, patient, and helpful in her diagnosis and explanation - she may look young, but she has had many years of experience prior to starting Faith Hearing! She was also able to communicate in dialect with my grandmother, and we could tell through their interactions that Ms Teo genuinely cared about her well-being.
After a few weeks of wearing the new hearing aids prescribed by Ms Teo, my grandmother’s hearing progressively improved. This had an astounding effect on her overall mood and quality of life... words cannot describe the change that we witnessed at home! We are extremely grateful to Faith Hearing and Ms Teo for the care and professionalism displayed at each stage of treatment from diagnosis to follow-up sessions.
Highly recommended!

She offers various options but is never pushy. It is clear that her customers' interests are always paramount. The regular tuning of hearing aids is essential in ensuring that the user derive maximum benefit, and in this regard, her after-sales service is exemplary. In summary, she is a dedicated and outstanding professional.

Unrushed consultation sessions, professional, very attentive, kind, informative, patient and dedicated to see customers to have hearing improvements, comfort and well being. Not to mentioned the extra hearing/speech rehab given to work on my hearing loss! :) Thanks again Dr Chermaine! I appreciate it! :) Bought a pair of hearing aids at a very good price - I get more than what I have purchased! Love it! Highly recommended!

Dr Chermaine was straight forward and very easy to talk to. Felt less anxious after the hearing test. The receptionist is nice also very accommodating thank you ladies ??

Chermaine was very professional, highly knowledgeable and clear expert in her field - she made observations which we had not heard before though we had seen a number of audiologists before. She was very patient in doing her tests and explaining the full situation to my father and treatment options available - all in she spent close to two hours with us. Her recommendations for possible hearing aids took into account practicality, needs, price point and suitability for the patient.
Chermaine’s full focus on overall patient welfare is amazing! Highly recommended - new patients will definitely not be disappointed :)
