Nice & friendly staffs. 1st time to the clinic and was very late for my appt but thankfully the doc still attended to me. Explained to me clearly on my nose issues. Suggested medication rather than jumping into doing surgery. Experienced, genuine & friendly doctor. ???

The standard of care at this clinic is extremely high - from the friendly and efficient reception staff, to the professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring services of Dr Chua. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, and he was extremely patient with me. I did not feel rushed through which I sincerely appreciated. The receptionists were so kind as to help me charge my phone as well. Thank you Dr Chua and team. Update: I decided to undergo surgery with Dr Chua and everything went extremely well. There was no pain and everything healed well, thanks to his clean work. Would definitely recommend Dr Chua and his team to anyone considering nasal surgery.

And it was more difficult because of the pandemic that other kids tend to shy away from him at times. Being concerned, I chanced upon Dr. Chua website that I found it to be extremely informative and it has been 6 months since Scott been consulting with him and I must say that Dr. Chua is great with kids and allow us to understand what the journey will be like since day 1 for Scott and us.
