KIND Hearing provided an extremely caring and quality service both at my mother's initial hearing aid demonstration and after my purchase. KIND's audiologist, Augustin is amazing and their ongoing customer care is first class. I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars and would recommended them for everyone looking for a solution for hearing loss.

My mother in law has been using their hearing aids for over a year, and Kind is diligent in arranging follow up appointments every three months or so, to check on the hearing aids and her hearing. Getting to their office at Novena was much easier, but the Tong Building unit on the 6th floor is also okay, though small. The consultants are friendly and quite caring about the proper use and maintenance of the aids.

I have been wearing a hearing aid since the late 1980s and have visited various vendors. For one reason or another I did not stay long with any of them. However shortly after KIND Hearing was established in Singapore, I decided to test them out and have stayed with them ever since. They are very profeasional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have just upgraded my hearing aid and am totally happy with the service I get on every visit. Philip Wee

Been with KIND Hearing for almost a decade, it is the BEST ever choice i have made for myself. KIND Hearing completes me by bringing all sounds in the universal back to me, that helps boosting my self-confidence tremendously, that helps me to perform my best on professional level. Shout out to Dr. Augustin! He is not only a great listener, and empathetic to the concerns of his patients, he is also highly knowledgeable, trustworthy and always always treat his patients just the way he wants to be treated. Every time i put on my hearing aids, i would send my gratitude to Dr. Augustin. Without him, i'd be still struggling in my everyday routine. Front desk, Ms. Jocelyn is forever welcoming. There was once, my left hearing aid speaker broke down. Immediately, i lost my balance while walking on the road. I gave a SOS call to Jocelyn, she invited me to come to the clinic immediately to see Dr. Augustin. Dr. Augustin, checked the aid and replaced a backup one for me. My life just got saved!!! Little gesture from this mighty team. it worth a million bucks! I could not thank them enough. In KIND Hearing (based on my 10 years experience with them), i am confidently say that they only offer/recommend what you need, not what they want to sell. If i could give KIND Hearing 6 stars, i would because THEY WORTH IT!

Their C-ear noise cancelling headphones is totally worth it and great value for money. We were referred to KIND by our specialist ear doctor, so i brought my mother to test for her hearing and see if she needed some good hearing aids. I thought they only did hearing aids but i was actually surprised that one of their speciality is in customised noise-cancelling headphones, which are made in Germany. I was actually in search of a something to replace my favourite old Bose SIE2i Sport headphones, and this C-ear headphones looked quite amazing. Due to its noise-cancelling function, it would also be able to replace my very good Bose Quiet Comfort noise cancelling headphones, which unfortunately are really just too bulky and inconvenient to carry around, i never actually take it for travels anymore as it just takes up too much space and it does get warm and uncomfortable around the ears after using it for extended periods of time. I’ve been using this C-Ear for a few months now, it works great as a sports/ gym earphone, and i could actually take it with me on my travels. It keeps easy in my pocket and because it’s wired it’s always stable sound output. Compatible with all devices including in-flight entertainment on the plane and even with my digital piano. The noise cancellation is amazing, because it is moulded to your ears and the output points go into the ears, it acts like a seal and just blocks out all external sound, when you turn on the music you simply can’t hear any external noise. I also love the high gloss piano black finishing (also comes in white) that feels great just holding them, the very cool odd shape earpieces looks like something out of an alien spacecraft. The attention to detail and its high quality finishing is really what makes their products uniquely KIND, and the extra touch in printing my name on earpieces just reminds me that this was specially customised for me. The after-sales service is top notch, it comes with a year’s warranty and what i think is a huge difference from getting an off the shelf product from the stores is that if i have a problem with my headset, i would have to go to their service centre and send in the product much like sending a laptop for repair. However with the C ear, i could actually go back to the KIND office and the audiologist will personally check the headphones and check my ears. And the price points are actually about the same or less expensive than the combined headphones i have now, so it’s really great value.
