Fortunate to have met Mr. Ronald from Clariti Hearing Care Professionals. He's helpful, friendly and professional in providing solution to my hearing issue. Have received many help from him during my difficult times trying to adapt my first and current new hearing aid. Been with him for years and he's always that patient to conduct test and check on my hearing condition in every follow up appointment. Really thankful to have met him.

The hearing aids which I bought from other companies didn't work. They kept telling me to get used to the hearing aids but it still didn't work after more than 1 year. Fortunately, I found Clariti and Mr. Ronald Pang has been very professional and patient to ensure that my new hearing aids work effectively to improve my quality of life. Clarity's hearing aids is a work of art. If, like me, you love music and watching movies on television or a computer, you will never believe the amazing tonal qualities of dialogues and vocal singing it can produce in your ears. It's like having a hifi set of CD and DVD players and state of the art speakers producing high quality stereophonic sounds to your ears without really having to invest in an expensive sound system! I have enquired to 2 to 3 hearing care companies before deciding on Clariti after speaking to Ronald on my 80 year old mother hearing loss conditions. Service was impeccable and most importantly. I feel that he is not out trying to sell us products but instead really concerned about his clients well being and improving their quality of life. Other than the standard audiogram, most important aspects was checking on my mother's hand dexterity in changing batteries for the hearing aids and understanding her hearing needs like sweating during morning exercise which caused corrosion in her current hearing aid and difficulty hearing while watching her favourite TV programs. Ronald is proficient in different dialects in communication and understanding my mothers needs through direct conversation. And after understanding that her right ear is almost deaf, he did not recommend spending more money for a pair of hearing aids which most other companies recommended to get a pair, but only prescribed a water resistant left hearing aid coupled with a TV connection so she can enjoy her TV programs. It's rare to see a hearing care professional so dedicated in his work to help improve quality of life of an aged person. I will strongly recommend anyone with hearing loss to get a consultation with him as when we aged, some day we will need some help in the future. Thanks again for the great service rendered.

I have a hearing loss for many years. I have seen 4 doctors at the hospitals but they could not help to improve my hearing. I was advised to get a pair of hearing aids. Since 2015, I have been taken care by Clariti and I love their professionalism. Recently, I upgraded my aids to a pair of fully rechargeable Bluetooth aids. They have completely changed my quality of life. I wear my hearing aids everywhere I go! These aids are connected to my iPhone giving me the flexibility to make changes to my hearing aid settings in different environments. They can suppress background noises and improve speech clarity. I can also make phone calls and watch my favourite Youtube programs clearly. My hearing aids are also my wireless headphones. I can now watch TV without reading the subtitles anymore. Bought hearing aids from Clariti 2 years ago and found their post-sale service very excellent. Very professional and experienced consultants. When I try to make an appointment, response time is also very quick. Would surely recommend my friends and loved ones to them.

As I have entered the more mature years of my life, unfortunately my hearing has slowly been deteriorating. Mainly due to different treatments in my early 30’s. Clariti, advised a solution that is undetectable and easy to use. Cost was high, but it was a necessity. What makes this company is the customer service that just keeps giving. I had a hard time adjusting to these new aids in my life. Shower incidents were common and even the dog ate one, once. Every time they understood my case and provided a quick solution to the problem. Highly recommend Clariti, who I realise I will have a long going relationship with.
