★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, the doctor (Dr Celena Tay) is really good here ... I can even say one of the best doc i’ve ever seen in Sg. But the services at this clinic is really bad ... not sure how the registration system work cuz sometime u got Q no. Sometime they dun give u Q number.
Call in anyway they want. Dun know if they hv registered u or not. Need to spend easily 3 to 4 hr to see the doc ... one time i needed to withdraw the blood on appointment but the receptionist didn’t let me in eventhough i informed them. Wasted 3 hrs there. If it is not bcuz of a good doctor, I’ll never set foot there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Celine is really good, but today she didn't turn up and a guy named Dr Locum is covering today. The doctor doesn't willing to spend time to understand my symptoms, he took only 3seconds to check up my abdomen. After that I was trying to ask questions but was already asked by the doctor to wait outside. The whole process took only 2 - 3mins, and I ended up getting some pain relief pills and one day MC at the recep. What an "excellent" experience I had.
Recommend to always call the clinic to check out Doctor of the day before going there, avoid this doctor whenever possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the clinic twice and I really LOVE Dr Celena Tay. Of all the doctors I have visited, she is the most thorough and detailed with her explanation (as detailed as a specialist). I left the clinic with a greater understanding of my long term health issues and how to take measures to resolve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is unprofessional. There is a big sore on my husband finger. However, doctor only gave antibiotics, and did not give any medicine/ scream to apply. My husband ask doctor help to treat the sore wounds. However, doctor said she did not know how to do..... It really waste time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC IN SINGAPORE. The doctor is unprofessional and not well trained to see all kind of patients. They only able to see common flu, fever, cough and the rest of the issue the doctors will feel complicated and told you to see other doctor. After that they still want you to pay for consultation fee even though the doctor failed to give solution !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Celena is one of the best GP I have seen so far in Singapore. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and gentle.
The receptionists are also friendly and easy-to-approach.
I called them before making my way down as I was unsure if they do ART kit, as I did a self test and I was positive.
So they assisted me in registering over a call, and told me to go straight down.
Upon arrival, the rest of the registration was simple and easy.
When Dr Celena was doing the nose swab, she was gentle yet thorough. Will definitely visit here again!
