Starbucks

An extra hot (and very strong) Caffe Americano, partnered with delicious fluffy pancakes, topped with super tasty peanut butter, equals life's good, at Starbucks in Chinatown Point Mall (see my YouTube), Singapore.

Very convenient place, just Entrance of Chinatown point complex and Chinatown MRT exit E. They offer sets of breakfast. Also selling Singapore limited souvenirs.

It was busy but you had customers who had finished their drinks and were just sitting around while other customers had to wait. The person at the cash register asked if we were having our drinks in and we said yes but within a minute asked the same question again. Why would we wait to buy a mug and not have coffee in.

Good for meetings. Friendly staff. Their new pink guava cheesecake taste nice but strawberry cheesecake taste better. A matter of individual taste bud.

Located at level 1 of Chinatown Point Mall. Store was spacious and clean. Food was standard- as with all Starbucks. Service wise, still within the acceptable standard. A bit surprised that the store would be crowded, early in the morning. Great to have a cup of tea (not a coffee person) in the morning... just feel so refreshing and ready to slog for the rest of the day!

Located at Chinatown Point Level. Great service and experience. The staffs were helpful and patient to assist. Will come again the next time.

I like to enjoy of Starbucks coffee while working or studying as their company vision defines: “treat people like family, and they will be loyal and give their all.”. Of course, always consuming their coffee and food while doing this activities. Is the first time I got chased to leave Starbucks with a 60 minutes dine-in policy. I only found this on this outlet, which is attempting to the company values and it made me had a very uncomfortable situation. I wrote this review as my total disagreement and to share the bad customer service experience I had on this outlet. As an important note, the place is not full, there is still seats available around. Very sad to see this bad customer experience in Starbucks :(

It's a Starbucks! Outlet is located at ground level of Chinatown Point shopping overlooking road junction. Sits approximately 20 pax. Service time was fast and crews were attentive. The drawback is place can get warm due to glass facade and sunlight direction.
