UNIQLO Chinatown Point

Often a mix of good and lousy services with the younger ones usually giving unfriendly services. I never felt welcome, or like a customer

This Uniqlo its quite big, but quite in accessible as it is located in corner of basement.

Very easily accessible at Chinatown Point. Service is pretty good, especially with alteration services and at the fitting room. Service staff is efficiently trained, and the cashier, although long around 8pm, was quick to move. Because of the convenience of this outlet, alteration services make for ease of collection as well.

female Chinese lady cashier was nice but outlet doesn't allow payment by nets QR even though stated otherwise on the machine. can work on this discrepancy hopefully. staff had no knowledge about this too as they had to scramble and find the one person that knew in the shop

The female Chinese staff at fitting room was rude, unfriendly and not helpful.. wanted to try on some items, but only 4 is allowed. After completing my try-ons, came out to exchange 1 item with other pending on the counter shelf, the lady said I can't do that, will need to finish off all fitting, return back the basket and rejoin the Q. There was no one Q-ing as it was only 11am, but the lady insist she is busy and there are long Q waiting for her attention. I was stunned by her reaction and told her there's nobody in the line and all 4 rooms were empty, she still insist I rejoin the Q if I want to complete my other fittings. She even rolled eyes when I asked to get a bigger size and her reply was 'oh sorry couldn't help on that, you have to go out and search it yourself'.. Uniqlo needs to check on the staff attitude as such bad service is very bad for such big brand!

Even considering the smaller space, display skill is not good.

Not too crowded even though it is a Sunday. Men, Women & Children wear were well organised & separated for ease of finding what I needed. Payment counters were not crowded too although there were only 2.

Good for quick clothes shopping like tshirts jeans and nearly all common clothes items including inner wears for Gents and Ladies. Mostly young generation style of clothes
