From the presentation to the taste, we could tell that each and every one of his creations were well thought out. Throughout our meal, he shared more about each dish and the thought/process behind it. A delightful experience, indeed! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely loved and definitely recommend the dining experience at Fatt Leong Private Kitchen! It's been a week since we were there and I'm still having fond memories from that night.
Chef Fatt Leong and his soulmate were fabulous hosts who are very knowledgeable about the entire food spectrum (from farm to plate) and one could tell from the creative presentation & varied taste of the delicious dishes that they have put a lot of thought, heart and passion into making this a truly unique experience for their guests!

โ โ โ โ โ Every dish is spot on! Iโve got no complaints. Only the freshest ingredients are used to create the amazing, well balanced dishes. So glad I took a leap of faith and tried. Worth every cent paid.
The chef likes to keep things interesting by updating the menu regularly, will definitely swing by again.
