★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the after sales support. One of the in-soles has cracked up after some years but the shoes are perfectly usable if the insoles can be replaced. However, after making some initial contact, the boutique has not given any reply as to whether sole replacement can be arranged. Very poor brand experience. The shoes are pretty expensive so naturally expected them to last longer.
