β β β β β Been to Takashimaya Dior Counter and was served by Cynthia. She was knowledgeable on the product and was friendly. Will definitely go back to Dior Taka counter again. Thank you Cynthia!

β β β β β My second time shopping with Stephanie. She really is the best. The store is beautifully decorated and the staff encourage you to try many different styles and help you decide. Never regret buying with Dior and I wonβt go to other branches.

β β β β β I was very impressed with the service provided by your Sales Associate, Nur Faris at your Dior Couture Ngee Ann City. He was very patient with me throughout
my entire time in your boutique. Furthermore, he recommended some of the new arrivals. But I couldn't resist the Montaigne Belt which I chose for a birthday gift. I will definitely come back for more and thank you once again.

β β β β β It was at least a pleasant shopping experience despite the hiccup of not being informed about some styles not available in Asia.

β β β β β I went to Dior Ngee Ann City on the 10th Dec 2021 at approximately 8:30pm. I queued at the line behind 3 other couples and waited patiently for about 15 mins. When I was at the head of the line, still waiting, one of the lady SAs opened the barricade, seemingly about to let me in before another SA appeared. They both started joking and laughing in their own conversation for another 5-10 mins when I was just waiting a few steps away from them.
When they are done with their conversation, Mr Darren Low the SA told me that I am not allowed to enter and that I will have to register for an online queue. However, there are 14 group of customers ahead of me.
I was aghast.
1.) They make customers queue-in-line for without informing anyone in line that they ONLY allow an online queue. One would think that they allow both online and physical queues.
When we went to Hermes, we were informed immediately at the door that only an online queue is available and was told of the approximate waiting time.
2.) Despite knowing I was there first-in-line (I was literally standing 2-3 steps in front of them), instead of taking a few seconds to inform me that there's ONLY an online queue available. They took their own sweet time to joke and laugh. Only after they are done happily conversing, then did they turn around and inform me. I wasted 30 mins standing-in-line watching them having fun.
Let's not talk about any form of service here. Isn't it BASIC courtesy and decency to inform someone waiting beside you that they can't actually enter?
3.) I confronted them about why did they not let us know that only an online queue is available and what about those queuing behind me?
Mr Darren Low replied "Oh, you can turn around and inform them too.""
Just. Wow.
4.) I asked to speak to the store manager and Mr Darren Low replied "I'm the store manager. We have already apologized. What else you want?"
Meanwhile, the lady SA he was joking with, was standing beside him smirking.
I'd shopped at Dior couple of months back and was looking to purchase another item as a Christmas gift. Service was not fantastic then compared to other luxury retailers here in SG but it's okay. I understand that we are not exactly top customers or influencers. In addition, the SAs are busy. We totally understand.
However, this takes the cake. Not only were they rude, there was a lack of basic courtesy, decency and respect. Throughout my years of shopping at luxury ateliers in Singapore or overseas, this is my worst encounter ever.
It is such an atrocity that I actually took time to type this google review on a beautiful Saturday morning.
I love the designs from Dior and have been an active customer. However, this marks the last time I will purchase anything from this brand in Singapore.

β β β β β In stark contrast to the other warm, sincere and helpful Dior sales associates, Derek Tay provided the worst customer service we had ever experienced. He had a lacklustre attitude throughout our visit. When asking him about the availability of stock, he told us that ββmaybeβ the Ion branch has stock and when probed further concluded that we βshould not even bother calling because they definitely would not pick upβ. He clearly has no interest in serving his customers and it truly makes us wonder why he is representing Dior.

β β β β β The SA didn't look like she wanted to assist me in my purchases haha
Update: I went there a second time recently and the service you get at Dior MBS is definitely way better. This branch doesn't have a queue number system and they are very clearly not happy when you don't intend to buy anything.
