I went the Loewe to do a size exchange and it was a joy shopping there! The staff were friendly and most importantly, patient. I took a long time to decide on the colour as they were simply too pretty. Jass offered good advice and made sure that I was happy with my choice. Great service! Thank you Jass and team!

Terrible and worst service ever. Staff who assisted me was constantly using phone. She was not attentive when i asked few questions. Only when i said i would like to purchase the item then she started to show some interest. Iโ€™ve never experienced this kind of service in other brands.

Had such a horrible customer experience on 9 Apr, around 1pm. I was inquiring about a bag design and the short haired assistant just passed me one of the bags, said ya this one. Didnโ€™t bother telling me about the price, the specifications or alternative colors etc. even though I was actively asking questions and seriously intending on my purchase. She walked off even though there were no other customers to attend to. In fact, there were a crowd of 3-4 assistants standing at door for unknown reasons?? Totally not attentive, I get even better services at non-luxury brands. Will not visit again. Money better spent elsewhere.

The staff who attended to me was condescending. I asked her if this material would be easily dirtied, she replied โ€œAs you have saidโ€. Doesnโ€™t matter luxury or not, any customer who walks in should be given respect regardless of whether the customer walks away with an item or not.

It was a very bad and unpleasant experience when I visited Loewe ion store on 31/12/2021. The staffs donโ€™t even know what is basic respect to the customer and they think highly of themselves. They are not willing to serve, impatient and stereotypical. How can a brand such as Loewe employed staffs to disrespect and stereotype customer in a sarcastic way. The male staff was so judgmental and rude. He made a sarcastic comment about my watch and he think that I canโ€™t afford to buy the bag. When the customer not buying the bag, the Sales staff immediately put a black and moody face. Such a horrendous, arrogant and belittle attitude staffs towards customers, I will never ever visit the store again. The management have to look into this matter seriously and train staff on what is basic manners when handling customer in order to gain more customers in the future.

Nadeline (Nadelyn? Apologies if I got her name wrong!) was really attentive and friendly. She listened to my concerns and made bag colour recommendations based on my usual wardrobe and lifestyle. During checkout, she was even more meticulous than me when checking for defects, even going to get 3-4 new pieces until she found one that both of us were satisfied with ?. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere at the store - thank you!

Do they know what is basic respect when attending to customer ? When one of the Staff was attending to me try to help me find good replacement for my original purchase due to defect, another staff Whispered to her trying to ask her to attend to other customer . Please respect your customer , or try to do it in a better manner . I didn't expect the staff to stay with me while I am choosing the replacement . But the Whispering thing from the other really annoying . please get an better training on this , improvement required. All the staff in the shop are not wearing any smiles on their face, except the girl who assist me .

I had very little expectations when i walked in as I was really trying my luck to get my dream bag. Gene assisted me from the get-go and he was truly a bag fairy godfather! He made all the necessary requests and effort to ensure i did not leave the store empty handed. He had good knowledge of the products and your specific needs. Thanks for making my day!
