DIOR Ion Orchard - The Orchard Residences

Queued for about 10 minutes outside the outlet, but the female staff came out and admitted an entire GROUP of customer who were queuing behind us. Regardless if the customer possessed higher purchasing power or were determined by the staff to have higher social status, an explanation should have been provided by the staff on why they decide to admit the group. This is a total disregard of other customers and totally ruined my impression of the brand. @dior ion, pls train your staff so that they can do better.

This is my first time shopping at the Dior Ion Orchard outlet, and it will undoubtedly be my last. On March 25 2022 at around 3.30pm, I went to this store to see the Lady Dior Bag in Blush Pink. I was greeted by this really racist and judgmental lady SA, who informed me that I may see the bag but not touch it because I might get it dirty. I was appalled by what she said, especially coming from someone who works for a luxury brand like Dior. She was extremely biased because the previous customer did not receive such poor service from her. Also, when I asked her questions regarding some of the Dior products/collections, she doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the products. I was looking forward to purchasing the bag, but after this experience, I'm going back to my usual MBS store. Also, the staffs there were also quite judgmental and unapproachable when I entered the store, they seem to be more preoccupied with their conversations than with assisting customers. Overall, this outlet needs to improve on their customer service and educate their staffs on mannerism.

For those of you that have experienced some kind of bias and unfairness in the queue, ie some other customers seemingly able to cut the Q and get into the store while others have to spend minutes or even hours to get in. This is how luxury brands work. Even in France. You can only get special privilege if you develop a special relationship with your SA. And it also depends on how much your SA values you. If you’re a small time regular, you may be able to make an appointment in advance. If you’re big time regular, you can skip the Q without an appointment. If you’re VIP, you just need to stand at the door, the staff are trained to spot you immediately, drop everything they are doing and let you in ASAP. VIPs (people who buy without asking for price) spend hundreds of thousands per year on everything and are treated like family not just by the SA but the brand. As a VIP of Dior, I get gifts for my birthday, Christmas, first dibs on the latest collection, champagne, I get invited to high tea with boutique managers. I even get shown pics of the manager’s newborn baby! We’ll this is supposed to be a review. I spend a lot on Dior, both men and ladies as I really appreciate the work of Maria Grazia Chiuri and Kim Jones. I’ve been treated like family. So it’s 5 stars from me.

We went to ION Orchard to buy the Lady Dior bag. I wanted to arrange an appointment initially but couldn’t get one so decided to walk in. Queuing process was simple and we knew how many were ahead of us. Upon entering, SA Candy Liu listened and provided recommendations that were on point. She was not pushy and was intuitive to what I wanted. In the end, we bought the Lady Dior bag with matching scarves to protect the handles and a wallet. Thoroughly happy with the service provided from the door to the end. It was a great experience for us!

Get numbers of your preferred service staffs for appointment without the wait. Can book appointment on Google too if you don't have it. No need to whine about queue or wait

Walked in just to browse & looking for a bag. Sylvia was so patient despite our indecisiveness. She was very informative and helpful! Offered drinks as she showcase us all the new season and the classic line. We ended up walking out of Dior with our hands full. Would definitely come back, and would recommend anyone going here to ask for Sylvia! She deserves the credit and praise. Thank you so much and keep up the great work Christian Dior team at ION!

Did a last minute Christmas-shopping at Christian Dior @ ION Orchard. The service was just great. The Sales personnel was so patience to show us different pieces of accessories and latest additions they just received. Cannot resist to get something because of the service. Thank you for making my Christmas-shopping a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.
