Lena from Ferrara picked up my call and was so responsive and quick with her recommendations (including detailed specs, prices, pictures) over whatsapp, that I found it hard to say no. She was good at listening to my requirements on timeline and budget and making the appropriate recommendation. But I never felt pressured to make a purchase.
I started my search with specific brands in mind (that was actually not distributed by Ferrara), but ended up going with Ferrara on my bathtub because of the service rendered. Do look for Lena if you need assistance at Ferrara!
