Worst experience ever. Came in at 10am, appointment at 1010am. Waited 2 hours the nurse asked us to go for lunch first, and after lunch... Number still not being called, went to the reception and ask how long more do i have to wait. The receptionist told me "coming soon" without even checking. Very bad attitude. WAITED ALMOST 4 HOURS IN HERE. WASTE OF TIME.

My appointment is at 10am..I reached there at 10am..waiting until 12pm for them to call my number..front desk staffs are nice. Sonographer Dr Ratna very professional.

I think the kpi of this clinic need to be revise leh. U can let ur patient wait for almost 2 hours from the appt time for a scan. Best Ar. U mean u guys can come late 2 hours for work also? 1540 now is 1730.The management need to think of a way to handle the crowd and most importantly the appt time! Seriously I expect to wait but not almost 2hours still not my mother’s turn to scan.

Very ridiculous waiting time. Online queue system or appointment time defeats the whole purpose because waiting time is about close to 3 hrs just to do a scan. Very very long waiting time. Did not honour appointment time slot.

Poor service . Today I visited the clinic at midday to have a scan done. A few days prior to the scan I called the clinic to confirm whether I needed to drink water , at first the front desk told me no , because I’m married I would do a virginal scan, but later on on the same day they called me back to say yes I needed to drink water because she asked to confirm with my doctor. ThΓ© sono grapher did the scan half way and asked me if I would want to do a vaginal scan I said no , my doctor ordered this scan which was bowel scan. She then stopped the scan and went to contact a doctor, who came into the scanning room and told me that β€œMme, if you don’t want to do the scan you can save a lot of money β€œ because I told him this is the scan my doctor order every year, I told him β€œI never said I don’t want to scan, My doctor order this scan every year to monitor a cyst, then he told the sonographer that this had been overlooked by my doctor , then because I was honest to tell him that I’ve never refused to do the scan , he told the sonographer to put a remark that I refuse to do the scan, which is a lie.He also said that I should speak to my doctor about the scan , just like if I were in position to do so! And he said β€œ we don’t decide what scan we have to do , speak to your doctor Apparently he doesn’t know that this girl is a big lier and she’s the one who ask me to do the other scan!!! My husband came to join me during the time I was waiting to be called by the front desk? I saw the sonographer and asked her”why did you called the doctor and said That I refused to do the scan, ? She said β€œ no, I didn’t. My husband asked her the same question and she denied to have lied. Last time I used to have a nice lady who did the scan , This new one is a trouble maker and Γ  lier. If you go to this clinic beware of her, I don’t want to describe her, after they might accuse me of being, you know disliking a certain type of person. On top of that that doctor was using a rude tone.’ If you can go elsewhere, don’t go there.

Called the appointment hotline to reschedule an appt but have yet to get a response. Been 2 weeks since i called, promise was 3-5 working days. How inefficient can this clinic be. Even the operator told me they didnt get back with them on the reschedule of appt for 2 WEEKS!. NUH you really need to do something about this clinic. Called the clinic hotline too many times but no one seems to be bothered to pickup the phone, whats the point of having an hotline then?!?! Truly disappointing service the have for a hospital of that standard

Have registered online 1hr before the appointed time at 8am, arrived 30mins before FCC opens at 8am and was first to register at the counter but others who have registered after me got called first (got called only after an hour and quite a few of numbers who came later after me got called first for scan). NUH should definitely try to rectify how their queuing system works to be fair to those who have registered and came before their appointed time. Also request for the hospital to be transparent on how the queuing system works so as to avoid wasting time and be considerate of preggy moms who tried so hard to wake up very early in the morning in the hopes to be called on time. Thanks.

Appointment time was 10am. Came here to register at 9.35am. Waiting till now 11.06am and yet to be called. Have seen 2-3 person called ahead of us to the relevant room. Previous commenters were spot on when they said the delay was 2-3hrs. Hope they improve and rectify this service quality as they are operating as a specialist clinic and we are paying likewise premium fees.
