This review I am writing while I am sitting in A&E waiting for more the 6 hrs with my 4-year-old son to know why he is crying with stomach pain. He is having severe vomiting; after 4 hrs of waiting doctor comes to check a few things and mentions I would consult the senior for a blood test; it's been 2 hrs no signs of the doctor or anyone. My son was so tired, and he had no food and no medication. He slept. This is not first time this happened in same week as well.i am really worried for my son. I don't know where to escalate this. I understand this A&E but it's really hard to see kids has to wait this long With pain.

My godfather is a Covid-19 patient at NUH since 6.2.22. He was transferred to a normal ward 57 about 4 to 5 days ago. Over the last 3 days, telephone calls made to ward 57 were not for once picked up except on an occasion where through the help of the staff from the general line i managed to reach ward57. Telephone calls were made at diffetent times, and the last two times were made at between 2-3pm and 11.40pm thinking these are staffs' off peak hours. Unfortunately similarly disappointed by the NUH ward's telephone picking up service. Hope the management will look into the matter.

World class healthcare in SG? Brought my baby to the A&E of NUH only to be met by a rude staff who told me that everyone wants to expedite and everyone deem their case as emergency. No empathy towards a baby. I merely told him that the toddler is dehydrated, he did not drink nor urinate for the past 5 hours. My experience with NUH is far from over. 5 hours wait to see doctor and another 2 hours to be admitted to a 'space', not even a bed. Most of the nurses and doctors whom I encountered were not interested in providing good service to patient. Toddler was left at a corner with no attention given. used to be supportive of healthcare workers but now I can understand why there were so many negative experiences. You would only know when you experience it. Read countless complaints towards NUH but never at once the hospital respond. Perhaps the management of a restaurant would respond to customer complaints better. Or simply the hospital do not care about complaints. As we have no choice but to go a government hospital when we need a 'space' along the corridor to be warded. My experience changes my views towards government hospital and healthcare workers.

Went to A&E today with excrutiating pain on my abdomen for an hour plus. When I arrived at A&E, the procedures were smooth. Registration were automatically taken by the staff and I was brought to the waiting room on a wheelchair although I have no issues walking. My consultant and was very detailed and considerate. She took all the precaution needed and pain management were well addressed together with the nurses. P.s. Don't trust ratings too much. People usually rate low when things go south. Majority of the well managed cases were often overlooked.

Had a bad experience with one of the kopitiam rude malay lady staff who was attending the dessert section. Should employ staff who is more courteous & friendly to customers. She make black face when receiving orders and pretend not to hear to my orders.

Terrible service, went there on last Sunday night due to my 20mo baby suffered from fever and diarrhea for more than 4 days, the crew who was taking the registration is very rude, waited for 5 hours to see doctor, doctor seems to be very puzzled why we were there, did not take any further checking on my baby condition, instead just asking us to stay home for self monitoring. My baby is still sick today and we had sent him to KK for a better service, he will be taken blood test, urine test, and x-ray, the ward also will be ready for him, better don't go to NUH if you need any urgent and professional support for your loved one

Was admitted into the A&E ward, and am very grateful to the nurses and doctors manning it. They were patient, obliging and more importantly doesnโ€™t condescend even as they are trying to manage multiple patients with their respective needs, requests and ailments. My hats off to them. Thank you for the care and kindness extended. You make what is a stressful and worrisome experience less so with your professionalism and sensitivity! ??

One of the better hospitals to visit. Modernised look and not too crowded. Don't be fooled by the negative comments. Waiting time is always about demand and supply, and you don't know what is going on behind the scene or what concurrent duties frontline staff are facing. Hospital is constantly promoting digitalisation and more opportunities to speed up transaction time. I was happy enough to use the payment kiosk machine, without the need to queue u at the counter.. Lovely! Completed my app payment transaction within 2 mins!! Brilliant!!
