โ โ โ โ โ Really great service! Faizal took the time to explain why my laptop keyboard wasn't working and fixed it in less than an hour. This was the best experience I've had with fixing my computer. Including going to Apple. He totally took the stress out of it. It's clear that he's a very honest and knowledgeable professional. Highly recommended!!

โ โ โ โ โ I find Faizal dedicated and professional to his work and services. Have taken my 2013 Macbook pro and 2008 desktop PC to him for fixing, cleaning or upgrade. He know exactly the problem and can help me keep the old machines going, if i really wish to. Fixing our own computer is tedious and time consuming, hence getting someone who makes consideration to your budget and usage, really takes the load off. Some external drives or parts can be purchased through the shop as part replacement. A good shop i will go back to again.

โ โ โ โ โ I brought my 13โ MBP to Faizal wanting to sell it away but instead I was convinced by his in-depth knowledge and expertise that my MBP could still last me a couple more years and thereโs no real need to replace it which thankfully saved me a few hundred dollars in the end as I was planning to replace my MBP, he then revived my MBP and made it as good as brand new with a fraction of a cost which I really appreciated and I definitely will come back to him for my macbook servicing again!

I Brough my MacBook Pro to replace a broken screen... and the service was excellent!
First of all, he went out his way to find a screen replacement for my laptop which is already discontinued and very difficult to find by other repare shops.
In addition. He stayed working late to fix the laptop, so I could use it as soon as possible for my projects. During the process, he did in front of me, clearly explaining the process, as well as teaching me what what each part for, as well as giving me his advice on how to maximise my machine.
Very polite, patient and honest individual who si passionated about his work.
I definitely do recommend his shop to all of you!
