Hello There on Google
โ โ โ โ โ This will be the last place i will go to if i need to repair my laptop. Their repair won't last and also caused additional problems and i have to go to other stores to repair AGAIN. The store also have EXTREMELY BAD service. Kenneth is rude, he talks on the phone even if im at the front.

โ โ โ โ โ Give credit where credit is due. Though priced on the higher side, I was pleasantly satisfied with the product and services rendered by Kenneth. The conversation we had was jovial as he's a helpful and friendly guy. Will most likely go back for any future computing needs.

โ โ โ โ โ This place will be the last I will go to for any repairs of my laptop. Their repair don't last long and other problems come up after the repair and I have to spend more money to repair at other shops AGAIN . Their service is also downright bad, Kenneth was talking on the phone when serving customers.
Avoid this shop!

โ โ โ โ โ Referred to PC Clinic by Convergent Systems for the upgrade of my Asus UX32LN. Upgraded the 500GB hybrid SHD to a 1TB SSD; the 4GB RAM to 8GB RAM -- both from Crucial. I was serviced by Kenneth himself and it was a great experience. Thanks, Kenneth!

โ โ โ โ โ brought my laptop to fix the harddisk because of a boot failure. Without doing any diagnostics, they simply tell me I have to change the harddisk. I believe they probably had experience so I told them to proceed.
I returned a day later to collect the laptop and it has a newly installed harddisk and works fine.
When I went home, I realised it has a new problem now... a few of the keys did not work. So i brought back to the same shop. I told them the keyboard problem. And without even doing any test they say they cant fix it and they dont hold any keyboards that can fit my laptop (it is a chinese brand laptop called machenike). The person in charge told me to just use plug in keyboard... to my laptop...
They didnt even try to fix the problem that most likely was created by them when they changed the harddisk.
I took the laptop to another nearby shop on the same floor. The guy told me he could try to fix it. He says he will have to try a few of the keyboards they have. At least he tries... unlike the pc clinic...
Update: the store called Sumera on the same lvl managed to fix my keyboard within a day.
They charged me $170 for it because the guy said he needed to try many keyboards to find a fit.

โ โ โ โ โ Be wary of this shop. EVERYTHING is not good here, from servicing to customer service.
They are not professionals. I went to fix my laptop, and the problem keep persisting. I changed my keyboard and screen, scratches were seen on my laptop and some keyboard keys still couldn't function. good reviews probably done by their friends and themselves!!!!
Update: Problem resolved with professional servicing from Fssocom IT Mart. They are the BEST. They provide cheap/wholesale parts, and gave discount for repairing.

โ โ โ โ โ one year ago, I brought my laptop for repair, coz windows keeps rebooting. Few days later, PC clinic told me that my hard disk got problem and need to buy a new one. I'm ok with it. After few days, they told me that my motherboard got problem and repair need around $700-$800. It's too expensive, I can buy new laptop already. So, I didn't repair and ask to transfer data from old hard disk to the new hard disk bought and they advise me to buy an external hard disk casing to use the new laptop hard disk as portable hard disk. All the above, cost me $200.
Few months later, I bought new laptop to use.
2022, this month, my very old desktop PC got problems and I went to check the problems online to see whether it is worth repairing. Then I realized that my old laptop might not be having motherboard problems. So, I sent my old laptop to another computer repair shop for repair. After checking, they told me that it is the hard disk problem, not motherboard. So they replaced the old hard disk with a new SSD hard disk. The laptop is working well now. All these cost me $230.
So, I paid PC Clinic $200 for nothing done. The old hard disk taken out from laptop still can be used with the external hard disk casing. Transfer of data is so easy. And all additional costs like buy new hard disk, external hard disk casing and new laptop, they could be avoided. I don't need extra laptop and hard disk.
This is a very bad experience. I feel like being cheated , especially after my old laptop repaired and working well. All my PC Clinic receipts are still there because I didn't open my laptop bag for one year.
I will never visit PC Clinic again.
