★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前几天去修了一台Dell的笔记本，原本是几个键子不能用了，想重新换一个键盘，修好那天当场试了一下，好用，就带回来了，回到家后发现出现了不能关机的现象，那里的员工检查过后，发现硬盘坏了，是因为我之前有摔过，当时虽然没坏，但长时间没有用，这次又打开外壳，使得硬盘之前摔坏的问题显现出来。我原本以为这家店可能弄坏了我的电脑，又不想解决问题。但没想到老板得知后，讲既然是在他店里出现的问题，他一定会尽量解决。后来他们换了一硬盘给我，并且没有额外收费。我觉得就像中了大奖，因为森林大厦的名声大部分不是很好，我这次赌了一把，赌赢了?
 A few days ago I repaired a Dell notebook. It used to have a few keys that could not be used. I wanted to replace the keyboard. I tried it on the spot when I repaired it and it worked. Then I brought it back. After the inspection by the staff there, I found that the hard disk was broken because I had dropped it before. Although it was not broken at that time, but it was not used for a long time, this time I opened the case again, which caused the problem of the hard disk to be broken. I originally thought that this store might have broken my computer, but didn't want to solve the problem. But I did not expect that the boss told him that since it was a problem in his shop, he would try to solve it. Later they replaced me with a hard drive and there was no extra charge. I think it ’s like winning a big prize because most of the reputation of Forest Building is not very good. I bet this time and I won.

Staff was very friendly and professional, willing to discuss different fixing option to fit my budget, and prices were much lower then what other shops offered. My computer was fixed the same day, but still offered great care and quality . Very happy with the service, would recommend!
