โ โ โ โ โ Very inflexible and unreasonable. As long as you paid up your money, First Coach will do everything in its power to be unhelpful and uncompromising even when you have an emergency and need to change the booking. Even when they have bus seats available, First Coach will happily refuse to confirm the booking because they have some illogical and unsympathetic rule that you are not allowed to change the booking within 48 hours. It's just a way for First Coach to make more money by forcing you to buy an extra booking.

โ โ โ โ โ Very kiasu bus company. Everything cannot. This cannot, that cannot. But ticket price always increase. Worst is.... they purposely don't allow passengers to sit and rest in their office. They tell you to wait outside near the road, even if you have heavy bags with you and just need a small place to sit and wait. First Coach tactic is to charge premium ticket price but give low-class service. First Coach customers must pay up and shut up.

โ โ โ โ โ Good coach bus to take to KL. However passengers need to be considerate and use headphones when playing their movies on the phone. It is a 5 hour journey and some thought to other passengers who want peace and quiet.

โ โ โ โ โ Took the 6:30 pm bus from Bangsar to Singapore. Bus is clean, neat and punctual. Had a little problem with seat 8-12 as the air blower is directly above you and itโs so cold. Ticket is so affordable and value for money

โ โ โ โ โ This bus service only runs between KL and Singapore. Clean and comfortable no frills service. Drive time is around 5 hours end to end (not counting time to clear immigration) including a break stop at Pagoh. The bus company provides you a bottle of water and a pack of biscuits for the trip.

โ โ โ โ โ Good bus service to Malaysia, booking platform has changed for the better. Location of both the counter and the bus pick-up point are accessible. Bus usually goes and reach on time from both Singapore and Malaysia. Book from this company for a smoother journey home!

โ โ โ โ โ First Coach at The Star Vista is my preferred travel agency from and to Malaysia.
The Bus will take 5-6 hours from here to reach Subang Parade in Subang Jaya (Kuala Lumpur), Malaysia.
There will be 1 rest stop for 20minutes at Pagoh RnR in Malaysia.
Choose your travel times wisely and be prepared for extra hours of travel time on Public holidays like CNY.
The Drivers are Super friendly and helpful! On the bus itself you will receive a bottle of 0.5l Water and a cookie.
Pro-Traveller tip: Book the Last 2 seats on the bus (23 and 24) for extra leg space :)

โ โ โ โ โ Would have gladly been a repeat customer of this service as the first ride was comfortable and on schedule. Unfortunately they have strict rules that do not make much sense when it comes to re-scheduling. Change of time/date is only allowed in person and 2 days in advance, which is impossible to do if you are not in the country yet. Go figure.
Lost a repeat customer due to inane policies.
