Previous session ran overtime and cleaning took awhile. No compensation for time owed. Other than that, just glad we can karaoke again.

Texted teoheng that we will be late and cut short the hours that we booked. Lady on the call ask to confirm the slot thrice THREE TIMES I said it is CONFIRM as we are otw there. When we reached, the staff just mention that our slot is cancelled as i didn’t pick up the call. I was so confused as I didn’t see this coming. Just because of a call. the slot is cancelled?? when I just confirm verbally with literally the same person? It was my wrong I didn’t answer the call as the number is unknown but still ?? And I don’t use WhatsApp often hence did not see the confirmation and was not informed by the lady about that as well when I spoke to her and confirm with her THREE TIMES verbally. There are so many loops holes in this service!! IT WAS A SLOT I BOOKED 1.5 weeks ago and Left with having to change our plans last min and not being to enjoy the long awaited session that I THOUGHT I MANAGED TO SECURE. I think you guys need a UX designer to plan out ur service flow.

Absolutely horrible experience! Was happily walking into Teo Heng and was told that our room was let go without informing us. And we were 'told off' for not picking up the call when in fact it was the staff who took down the wrong HP number and i didnt received any calls at all. The staff was not apologetic at all. Just because they are one of the largest KTV provider doesn't give them the right to treat customers like this.

For a competitive price, it's alright. Small rooms, but cheap prices as compared to other places in SG. If you split it between 4-5 people, it's worth. Do remember to do your bookings in advance, there's always almost no space for walk-ins. As for singing, you're supposed to wear a mask and sing, but who cares really? Just place a drink or food at the table and you're set. If you're looking for a spacious room, with free flow food and drinks at a fraction of the price which many reviewers here seem to have (this is Singapore for god sake haha), just ignore this place and head over to Malaysia.

Just to be clear I booked a slot on a weekday and at Star Vista. Room was alright for it's price. There was two microphones that were sort of hidden, hence most people would assume there wasn't any mics at first glance. Song list was quite updated, however searching is still the same long process. Not really sure if rooms are sound proof, since I can hear some rooms quite a distance from mine blasting either with music or with voices. Overall its worth the price only with the right amount of people. Don't go alone or with too many people.

The rooms are okay, song and artist selection is quite difficult and not intuitive. The search is not by sequential letters only first letter of each word, this means a lot of scrolling and time spent searching for music rather than singing and enjoying which is unfortunate. The rooms have individual air filters which is nice. At the end of the session the system automatically locks out. Timing availability is in set blocks, e.g. 2-5pm, 5-7pm etc. Song selection once located is relatively decent although some of the lyrics are off, and its difficult to tell the original song/video from knock offs, sometimes it's easier just to use the top song selection. The system allows for with and without voice over on the audio so depending on your level of confidence you can sing with or without the artist which is nice.

Not a whole lot of English songs, but the venue is decent. I would recommend this to any Chinese singers, but not so much to English singers. There's enough for a few nostalgic hits, but don't expect to be finding too many English bands or all of their songs. Staff is kinda and helpful when you have any difficulties which is always nice.

Not satisfy with my first experience here as I had been to a better ktv in M'sia. I was kinda had a very high expectation before i go. The place is small and super crowded when i visited, the counter was kelam kabut on top of uncle shouting here and there like in kopitiam. The song menu is not intuitive to use, you had to list out song u wanna sing before visit else u have to spend another half an hour searching for it. And there is no list of recent popular or highest rated songs in Chinese and English. Lastly it is only suitable for group of 4 or more, and not for solo unless u wanna pay for another 3 pax to get a room.
