β β β β β Poppy & Pudding had a wonderful time there. Groomer Isaac was very professional and skillful.
Isaac explained to me the different cuts and attentively listened to my preferences. I definitely felt that my pups were in safe hands.
Upon fetching them, Isaac updated me on how they pups were. He and his team's work is exceptional. Am very impressed.

β β β β β Saw story of molly through Instagram and how badly management and groomer dealt with situation.
Not only was he unevenly groomed, missing chunk of hair shows how unprofessional they were in dealing with this situation, the fact that they used COVID as a pretext for poor service really hits hard. How can anyone justify this?
