★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I lost a wheel on my Topas and Melbourne Rimowa store said, it needs to be send in and whole wheel casing replaced.
The store in Singapore Mandarin just fixed all screws and wheels immediately and I can directly take it home again.
Thanks a lot for the great and friendly service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIMOWA’s Singapore customer service is amazing. Frankly, this is why it’s worth investing into great luggage if you travel a lot. I never had any issues whatsoever - the Singapore RIMOWA team always exceeds my high expectations.
You may think 1,5 - 2k is too much for luggage, but RIMOWAs will outlast you ?. I have 3 Topas suitcases and they are incredibly smooth rolling and protect anything I put in them.
People in the USA are always asking what brand they are when I collect them from the baggage claim section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My always-to-go luggage outlet. Lily from Mandrain Gallery was my sales associate, I was having trouble checking in before entering the shop. Some of the staff saw me from inside but none was there to assist whereas Lily was there. She guided me in the latest model for my cabin luggage and which best fitted me.
In all, Lily was meticulous and decisive on which suited me best. Thank you!

Service: Excellent.
In and out within 15min after registering and replacing of a wheel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a stealth Rimowa which is all black including the wheels. Sent it for servicing and paid $80 to replace the wheels. To my disappointment and horror they change my wheels to light grey instead of black. I asked the service staff why it’s not black and she just said it’s our new design. Very disappointed with it as now it’s no longer a stealth Rimowa. I paid premium price for the stealth and now it’s all ruin. I write in the Rimowa contact Center and no response from them at all. This is bad and slow customer service for a premium brand… or used to be a premium brand until it’s sold away.
