★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I'd my brand new coats sent to dry wash, the person told me the furs on one of the coat can't be wash away. I told her it's fine because the furs are from my other coat. When i went back to collect, i received more stains on it. They did not bother to inform me till i checked on the spot. super bad!
