I have used them to dryclean our curtains and our carpet. They are very responsive and friendly. He even helped us put the carpet in our room (we had to lift the bed to partially put the carpet under the bed). Would definitely recommend!

We are very disappointed with the curtain dry cleaning service provided by dryclyn express pte. Ltd. at 284 Joo Chiat Road. We gave our curtains to them end of August and 3 of the curtains came back very dirty (pictures attached). On complaining to the owner (Mr. Edward) he told us a weird reason that the curtains were so dirty that the stain was hidden and it surfaced because we cleaned the curtains. He took the curtains back for cleaning and these were returned to us after almost 1.5 months with one damaged curtain. Mr. Edward told us that his factory tried to clean these curtains multiple times and hence this lead to thinning of curtain. When asked for compensation Mr. Edward mentioned that it was not his fault. Please DO NOT give your curtains for dry cleaning here. We will have to end up paying for new curtains to our landlord thanks to the dry cleaning service, such an irony!! Please note the below pictures are of DRY CLEANED curtains. I wonder how can these stains be hidden?
