I used their curtain service a few years ago and it was good. But this time, the boss put me in contact with their customer service and it’s a disaster. The woman simply can’t communicate, either not confirm the date or confirm the wrong date. In the end, the laundry was also very bad. After the wash, some light stains became dark brown stains. The curtain is basically damaged. And they didn’t even inform me as I was not at home when they returned the curtain. The customer service woman only chased me for the payment. After that, no response anymore when I questioned about the stains. Very bad customer services and i won’t use them anymore.

I have been a regular customer of Duonini. I find their dry cleaning/washing of clothes are better than other Landry cleaning companies in SG. Their customer service is excellent too when it comes to reschedule pick up/delivery.

I almost gave up looking for a reliable curtain dry cleaning service provider in Singapore for my new home in the past week, after the very unpleasant experiences with two other curtain cleaning service providers, which basically gave empty promises and could not keep to their commitments (mostly just a lot of talking!) I am thankful that I did not proceed the curtain cleaning with these two unrealiable suppliers but ended up with Duo Nini. I must admit that I am very skeptical at first with what I read in Duo Nini's website i.e. fastest turnaround time of 3 days for curtain dry cleaning (since others usually require 5-7 days excluding Sundays/Public Holidays, or 50% extra fee for express service of 3-5 days) and no hidden cost in their price list (which included dismantling and reinstallation of the curtains; some others require additional charge for lengthier day curtain despite their price list online cited per piece price). But after having completed their tasks today (7 July), I am absolutely impressed with their professionalism in the whole process i.e. from the time I contacted Duo Nini (at 3.32 pm on 3 July/Sunday) to the dismantling (at 8.30 am - 9.10 am on 4 July/Monday by one person) to reinstallation of my curtains (at 8.31 am - 9.08 am on 7 July/Thursday by two persons). Everything went smoothly as promised. They arrived perfectly on time (despite giving a range of 8.30 am - 9.30 am.) Special commendation to Lynn, who took my order; Wendy, who handled the finance area and Joshua, who was responsible for the dismantling & reinstallation of my curtains (including a second person who came with Joshua for reinstallation). Lynn and Wendy were very responsive and courteous (almost immediate replies to my WhatsApp even on a Sunday and evenings) and Joshua was absolutely a gem. He was polite, efficient and very accommodative. Bravo also to the team behind the scene who did the cleaning of my curtains too, and returned to me in good condition. I am really glad that I proceeded with Duo Nini despite having read some negative posting online. Instead of being defensive when confronted with these negative posting, Lynn replied in a very truthful and professional manner. It is very rare that we find such good customer service and professionalism in Singapore (just within the last one week, I had 3 very bad experiences in Singapore). Please keep up your excellent performance, Duo Nini, and thumbs up to the management which is the backbone to this great experience of mine.

Duo Nini was my go-to dry cleaners for the past couple of years, without any issues. However, I had multiple bad experiences this year with them. They kept promising and arranging for appointments for dry-cleaning to be picked up but no one showed up to collect the items. When I contacted them, no reason was given. Very unreliable and poor service. Definitely stopped using them.

Steam-cleaning of my sofa on-site was very professionally and thoroughly done. Dry-cleaning of curtains was also very good. A pair of day curtains however came back crumpled and they willingly re-collected it later for pressing at their factory and same-day return — excellent customer service by Miss Wendy! Interaction with the DuoNini office was very responsive in terms of the initial cost estimates through to the job itself. The DuoNini workers who came were all professional, quick and friendly.
