My daughter goes to Firstpointe and she loves it! The teachers are very good and staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

Super terrible experience with this school, totally not flexible with the return of deposit and is practically making me force my 3 year old go for a class she doesn’t want to. Really regretted sending my daughter to this school. Plus the lack of communication made us send our daughter to a class timing that does not even exist. Total waste of time.

I really enjoyed learning ballet and contemp at this school. The teachers are dedicated to helping the students excel and do not play favouritism or discrimination. The staff are reasonable, helpful, and prompt with their replies. Dance studios are clean and spacious, and there are equipment such as foam roller for students to use. Fellow students are generally friendly and nice to hang out with. The studio offers a variety of dance classes (with a focus on ballet) for children and adults , ranging from ballet graded exams (RAD) to ballet and contemp open classes to private lessons. The level of difficulty ranges from Beginners to Advanced, though their standard and requirement for students taking RAD is a little higher, so it might be intimidating for newcomers. They have recently added other genres to their repertoire as well (e.g., KPop and CSTD Jazz), which is a good alternative for those who are interested in other types of dance. Over the years, I felt that I have improved in my dancing and have been given opportunities that might not be offered in other studios. I am pleased to see the level of commitment from the teachers and staff and I am satisfied with my experience with Firstpointe; thus, I will continue to be a customer of Firstpointe.

Lousy school. Don’t waste your time there. They don’t really care about the students’ progress. Inflexible rescheduling for missed classes where we have genuine reasons for not being able to attend due to last min commitment by her mainstream school.

Learning contemporary dance as an adult beginner has been an absolutely wonderful experience for me at Firstpointe! Under Miss Eva's guidance, her patience with each and every student wowed me on the first day of class. I was hooked from my first trial class. Her ability to pay close attention to everyone, and correct in a very kind, gentle and encouraging manner has made learning a very positive journey for me. Beyond the lessons, I appreciate that every contact point with First Pointe, from the receptionist, to the customer service via Whatsapp, never fails to put on a happy face, is enthusiastic and above all, very responsive and accommodating with various requests and queries. Finally, given the high quality of teaching, I would say that the prices charged by Firstpointe is definitely very reasonable and well worth it. I would gladly recommend Firstpointe to anyone who is interested in learning dance!

My daughter has been learning ballet, taking exams and even took part in competitions with Firstpointe since it was established. The teachers are passionate and serious about dance. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn dancing to give it a try there.
