β β β β β Heard a lot of good reviews on this and book an appointment thru their website. but unlike many, this requires you to make payment online immediately upon booking but does not allow you to make the appointment on the spot too. An email is sent to you confirming your payment and someone will call you within 3 working days to arrange for the appointment. Waited 1 week and no one called me. I called the clinic instead and the person answering my call, hearing my situation, not only did she not apologise for not calling me back, she matter-of-factly told me that she will give me another number/person to call to make the appointment because i booked online. Questioned her why she could not make the appointment for me instead since I called the clinic directly. She then said ok and made the appointment.
After making the appointment, i asked her if i would get a confirmation or reminder of the appointment, she said no, they don't do reminders. i simply have to note down my appointment.
Really bad experience even before doing any health screening!! I would bring my money somewhere else next time!

β β β β β Everything was so fast! Came to do a very last min chest X-ray for my PR formalities (didnβt realised it expired) so I quickly rushed over and everything was done under an hour! Lifesaver!

β β β β β Very slow service despite few customers. Only one staff at counter doing all the paper work. Takes long time to prepare. Doesn't allow apt booking. Wasting clients time just cos they are inefficient.

β β β β β Dr Yap was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking at building is free. younger staff was friendly. Areas for improvement: (a) there could be sms reminders for appt and review, especially since the review can only be done 1 month later in my case; (b) results can be emailed to client (c) some items in my package were missed out and luckily i realised & asked for them (could be staff oversight).

β β β β β accompanied my mum for mri scan, registered before 10am( our appointment was 10am). we waited till after 11am & still told to wait..told me that my mum can go change for scan but informed me that the room is stil occupied; so i 'm puzzled on how iit is possible for my mum to change then....overall quite an unpleasant experience.. and my mum finally can break her fast close to 1 pm after 1+ hr scan & have her medications...we are so tired & hungry and shocked by the service level, no communications nor explanations for the long wait & unclear clarifications...gave a star to a kind & helpful.staff(a young lady) who help to salvage the situation.

β β β β β Brought my parents for their annual health screening all the time at the same clinic for the past 2 years. Ambience of the clinic is cosy and superb with free parking as well in the building and highly efficient counter staff in the clinic. Report was also available very promptly and health screening charges are very affordable.

β β β β β My dad went for an MRI of the spine a couple of weeks ago. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were also very careful and efficient. Overall my dad and me were happy with the experience. Once again thank you to the Quantum staff.
