What an unexpected gem of a shop this is ! (pun intended) As with all good things, this was a random recommendation from a friend and my fiancé n I took a leap of faith... Boy, are we glad we did! Weiric & his wife are truly the best of both worlds -- knowledgeable about their craft AND they're not trying to fleece you of your hard-earned $$. On top of that, the fact that they were able to actually execute our wedding rings in such a short timeline (about 5-6 weeks total time taken from 1st visit). ? ✨? It was a wonderful experience playing around with the 3d renders & getting our dream rings made with you guys. Thanks Weiric & fam! I was referred by a friend to this boutique customised jewellery shop at the very last minute after comparing across various major Brand’s who are just trying to hard sell you. Then I can across this shop owner, Weiric who was very patient and knowledgeable, to guide me and my fiancée through the selections and fine details. Spare no thought, decided to place our ring orders on the spot! And gotten it within a month even though it’s a rushing order! Kudos and well done, highly recommended for folks out there trying to get a more competitive pricing and execellent quality!

If anyone is looking for a reliable individual who is knowledgable and trustworthy when it comes to Engagement Rings or Wedding Bands, I would strongly recommend Artisan Jewellery and particularly credit to Weiric and his wife who has profound understanding when it comes to diamonds, ring setup, and more importantly explaining you on what is good and bad. In addition, they are humble and do not make us feel uncomfortable throughout the discussion, but rather make us feel incredibly comfortable. They are also extremely welcoming and do not pressurize us throughout the meeting. What's more important is what occurs after purchasing, particularly when spending thousands of dollars and hoping that a trustworthy person or company can help when it comes to complexities such as ring resizing and so on, which I had a bad experience with an irresponsible company, now that my fiancee and I found a trustworthy company (Artisan Jewellery) and we felt safe and comfortable and knowing that things will work out well. Lastly, they do not only offer rings but also bracelets and other jewellery, and the best part is that they do customisation, which is absolutely amazing.

If you need any solid advice for choosing your ring, Artisan Jewelry is your go-to place. Weiric has been very helpful in advising me what size Carat would suit my hand best. He'll give you full attention, patiently explaining everything you need to know about your ring. My fiancé and I have had a good 2-hr session with Weiric, from knowing all about diamonds to choosing THE ring. I definitely did not regret heeding his advices; I'm so glad to have gotten my dream engagement ring!

Weiric and team outdid themselves! The sheer level of professionalism and perfection in their craft was amazing to witness. My fiancé and I had briefly checked out other jewellers before our first visit to Artisan Jewellers. Got my proposal ring with Artisan Jeweller. Weiric was very nice and sincere throughout the whole process of sourcing and short listing the diamond that my partner wants. He gave us a very good lesson on diamonds and more in depth details that can only be given by the expert himself, information you can’t read from google. The collection was very smooth as well. Overall his service was impeccable. You will not regret :)
