Best Seafood restaurant in Singapore

I	Ivan Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Fish & Chips around in Singapore, the serving size was generous as well. There are also different types of Fish & Chips that you can choose from, such as New York Fish & Chips, Singapore Fish & Chips. It is rather disappointing that they have removed mashed potatoes from their sides menu.

Could be due to the fact that we visited during an odd time of the day so it was not at all busy. IPad ordering system that actually works and easy to use was a plus. Food wise was mediocre at best. Nothing to scream about in terms of taste, and the level of freshness is disappointing, especially considering this chain specialises in seafood. The ala carte menu pricing isn’t what I will consider cheap. Promo sets are easier on the pocket. Definitely not in a rush to be back.

J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here about 1:12pm, took about 10 minutes to be seated. Placed our order about 1:27pm. First dish was served at 1:52pm. 25 minutes wait time. The first thing we noticed is that all the rice were served at room temperature. And I'm not sure whether they reduced the portion of the rice in all outlets or its just this particular outlet. Aside from the small portion of room temperature rice & the absence of Endearmints, this place deserved a 4*. Staff were professional, well trained and most importantly, not stingy on the sauces.

Even when we told the service staff that we wanted to sit in the outdoors space because of the houseflies, they gruffly said “no, outside is already reserved”. It was extremely difficult to get the attention of any service staff, and they had forgotten about our mushroom soups until we reminded them (after they served our main dishes). Food is palatable, but mussels had v little meat and slightly undercooked. If you would really like a better fish and chips, go to Big Fish Small Fish in Jcube instead.
