โ โ โ โ โ First time dining at this restaurant and very glad to have visited. Like most first timer, ordered the set at SGD25++ per person and the collagen broth is absolutely delicious and non of that MSG, salty after taste that you will get at places like HDL and even better than Beauty in a Pot.
At first glance, the set does look a little small portion, but because the collagen broth is pretty thick in consistency and with a number of chicken pieces, it does fill one up half way through and is good not to overeat as well. We also added the noodles and pork to complete the meal. For my next visit, and hopefully with more pax allow for dine-in, would love to try the other collagen soup bases and perhaps go for a-la-carte option.
The staff here are also very friendly, polite and helpful. Overall, very good meal and very good staff.
Update: Visited again on 11 December 2021 and tried the spinach flavour hotpot this time round. Ordered one chestnut pork only and the rest all vegetables and mushroom. Very nice 'green' soup based with lots of vegetables and mushroom, making it a very healthy pot. Service still as good as the last visit. Really like dining in this branch with good ventilation, spacious seating etc.

โ โ โ โ โ Probably the best if not one of the best collagen broths in Singapore. Highly recommend the original collagen broth. If you are going as a couple, try the $50 set menu for 2 pax. Visited this gem twice and would definitely be back again. The only downside is that the meat is on the pricier end. But if you are just there for the collagen broth, then just go for the set meal which is alot cheaper. Notably, their fried chicken is amazing too!

โ โ โ โ โ We had a set for 2 pax. The chix collogen soup is thick and smooth and the items in the set goes well with the soup.
One complaint we had was that the restaurant is really hot and stuffy ?

โ โ โ โ โ Visited becos I wanted to try their chicken nanban unlike others who went for their hotpot lol. Restaurant was quite empty on Saturday lunch time (1ish).
Order two chicken nanban, Unagi fried rice and their egg pudding.
1. Chicken nanban
Both chicken nanban tasted great, the original version had a sauce that tasted similar to egg mayo where there were small bits of egg whites within the thick sauce. But generally I believe the sauce is mainly mayo based.
The spicy tasted different, had a slightly less thick consistency & had a good spicy kick at the end. Can't really choose which 1 I liked since both tasted great.
The chicken karrage underneath the sauce was awesome as well although it could have came slightly more crispy for the parts that was not drenched in the sauce. The batter was thin and the meat was generous, quite a big piece. Meat inside was not dry as well. Can be a tad salty if you eat it with alot of sauce so just a fair warning.
2. Unagi fried rice
Fried rice was quite normal, soy sauce based. The rice is quite mildly flavour, taste Abit of soy sauce and that's quite it. 4 piece of Unagi was given ontop of the rice, the meat was quite decently thick. But I would say you could give this a miss.
3. Beet sugar egg pudding
Forgot to take photo before I ate it. But you can tell it's good since I finished it. The egg pudding is similar to a french creme brulee. A crispy sugar crust on top of the egg pudding and a custardy pudding beneath it. The pudding is smooth and eggy flavour is on point and not too overly sweeten. $5 for a creme brulee is pretty worth it since most french places charge you around $9+ for it.
Great dessert to end the meal.
Overall, chicken nanban is great and egg pudding is a nice closure to your meal. Would come back for their nanban if I have another craving.

โ โ โ โ โ First time here might be mislead by the shop name, google map name as Tsukuba Nojo, but when look for the shop the name โBijin Nabeโ was so much obvious then their original shop name.
Famous in collagen soup based especially their original taste, mix with their beauty noodle even fantastic. And, recommend their friend chicken nanban. Minimum 2person if u order their collagen soup.
We had our early lunch so still less people.
They also serve set meal , suitable for those not really a soup lover.

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice Japanese style hotpot! Ordered the 2 flavoured chicken collagen soup base sukiyaki which was salty sweet & spicy which was quite mild but good to drink. Ala carte order for the meats and other nice variety of ingredients. Price is quite steep but worth the occasional indulgence!

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best soup I ever had, and it is without msg so it is healthy food. The food is really tasty, fresh and you don't feel guilty. The set portion is quite big as the soup has 4 big pieces of chicken. The service is excellent. I will love to come back again
