Attended both the Trigger Point Therapy & Rehab Express recently with Dexter and it had been a great learning experience. Both courses were well structured and filled with plenty of hands-on opportunities to help us gain better understanding of the teachings and techniques involved. Dexter was insightful, thorough with his explanations and generous with his sharing. I have enjoyed and discovered many useful techniques that are applicable to what I do. I would definitely recommend anyone who is keen to expand their knowledge in sports and wellness with FIT Asia. Last Friday 25 February I attended the YBell Coaching course under the guidance of Dexter and Kayleigh. The lesson content was well structured and well delivered to the class. I love how they incorporate the fun element of the course to make it less boring and it was very interactive to share points and perspective to fellow fitness practitioners from different backgrounds. It is my first time in the new training studio and the equipment are the equipment that you’ll normally see in commercial gyms in Singapore. It helps fitness practitioners be better equipped and better prepare themselves to coach and guide their clients using proper form, coaching cues and techniques to minimize and reduce risk of injury. Dexter and his team managed to achieve those objectives and I left the studio more knowledgeable and understood the applications that were being taught. Fit Asia is without a doubt the leading fitness centre to get yourself certified to be a PT or just picking up new skills from independent courses to add to your fitness library. I was initially considering whether I should take my ACE-CPT certification from FIT Asia, or just do it by myself or somewhere else. Luckily, I decided to take on FIT Asia’s Personal Trainer Development Program and left with no regrets. The knowledge, soft skills, and insights that Dexter, Kayleigh, and the other educators incorporated on us proved to be useful and applicable. They made lessons fun and enjoyable, and opened up a whole new perspective on certain topics that I felt was hard to understand. FIT Asia definitely is the place to go to learn beyond what is taught in the ACE textbook, and I am confident to say that they have made me ready to train my clients in the near future.

Dexter and the team here at FIT Asia were dedicated and friendly professionals. They were knowledgeable in their line of work and are always keen to pass on that knowledge and expertise to others The information that was being taught was concise and palatable. They made it in such a way that it is easy to grasp the concepts and got us thinking way outside the classroom. The space was conducive, organised and excellent for teaching and learning purposes.
