Workout sessions have been comfortable and fun thanks to this female-only gym and my trainer Syirah! My PT sessions have enabled me to gain surface knowledge in weight training, a male-dominated area in most gyms. I highly recommend this place for females!

MSFIT has awesome personal trainers who push you to be a better version of yourself physically and mentally! Shoutout to Lindy for her professionalism, enthusiasm and positive attitude during every session! I always feel great about myself after every personal training session! :)

The trainer I work with (Nadiah) She ensures that I am well, that I have had an adequate amount of sleep, and that I have had a proper diet. She checks on me during my training sessions well as after heavy training sessions. She is easy to work with, always listening to my concerns and the goals that I wish to achieve for the day. Having a positive attitude, giving constructive feedback, and being focused is what make her one of the best at what she does. She is definitely someone I would recommend. A great place to exercise, free and easy to use, is MSFit. There is a friendly atmosphere and everyone is willing to assist. As a whole, the environment is conducive to chilling out and creating a positive environment.

I had 10 personal training sessions with my mum under trainer Anu’s guidance, and it’s been an encouraging journey! The environment is comfortable for females and other trainers, especially trainer Brittney (I didn’t train under her but just had to mention) was very friendly and always greeting everyone! Wholesome experience overall☺️

I had a wonderful experience at MSFIT! I used to be someone who barely did any exercise and would feel intimidated/ self-conscious in commercial gyms. Really glad to have found MSFIT, a personal training gym by women, for women. ?? The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the environment was great as well! I felt very comfortable and the overall atmosphere at the gym was very friendly and inviting. My PT, Nadia, was very knowledgeable and approachable, she was also constantly assuring and encouraging me to believe in myself! 36 sessions later, I have become stronger, both physically and mentally. :) Definitely recommend MSFIT to fellow females out there, especially if you're a beginner like me and looking for somewhere to start! :)

I signed up with MSFIT under buddy training and honestly I did not regret a single bit! Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated.Every session pushes me to be better physically and mentally. My personal trainer Syirah has really kept us moving. She is very personable and knowledgeable. I really appreciate as she would go far to explain my concerns in terms of dieting, form and many more! Despite seeing me struggle to complete my reps she still find her ways to push me mentally , i applaud her for this ! Shes just the right trainer to train with?️‍♀️!!! Hehe!??(Inspired me too !!!) I felt more confident and motivated after 1 month and I see positive outcome in my mindset to have a healthy lifestyle. The gym itself feels like a safe space for me. Love the music and the welcoming surrounding! I would really recommend ladies out there to give it a try! :D

MSFIT Personal Training has changed my life! The facilities are equipped with the most current machines and other exercise modalities. I especially enjoy that MSFIT Personal Training is owned and operated by women. But #1 reason for giving my highest ranking is my trainer, Insyirah. She listens, plans workouts that fit my needs, and I feel she is genuinely invested in my well being❀️ Thank you MSFIT Personal Training!

My personal trainer (Syirah) is very nice and encouraging. She understands our strengths and weaknesses and tailor the training accordingly. Also being a trained nurse she is able to give good advise on how to lift weights correctly and how to overcome body aches/pains. She also accommodates to our schedule. :))
