I've been going for Jo's Beginner Reformer classes for the past 4 sessions and I'm so happy with the stretch and intensity of the class! Jo gives clear instructions and helps us with our postures too. Shw would also challenge us once in a while with some cool poses! I'm always looking forward to her classes :)

Jamie is best Pilates instructor ever ! For someone who is not good in kinetic movement, stiff and have a bad posture, training with Jamie has been a wonderful experience. She motivates and pushes without being over the board. Has been receiving compliments in the changes of my body after 6 months of training. Motivates me further and always looking forward for the next Pilates session. Will strongly recommend Jamie ☺️

I am currently in Singapore visiting relatives over the Chinese New Year. As a Pilates devotee since 2008, I researched Pilates classes and instructors before leaving California. Since most of my instructors are BASI-trained, I naturally found myself searching BASI’s website for BASI-trained instructors in Singapore and found Jamie at Fitfoo Pilates. It was very evident from our first session that Jamie is extremely well-trained, knowledgeable and passionate, and Pilates is what drives her to help others gain fitness, strength, flexibility and good health. She is a tactile instructor, with sharp focus on form. She’s motivated and adaptable, and blends BASI Pilates-methodology with contemporary versions for effective workouts, always with the mind-body connection that is the cornerstone of Pilates. Jamie keeps current on all aspects of Pilates which will keep her in the forefront of Pilates instructors in Singapore. Singapore is extremely fortunate to have a Pilates instructor of Jamie’s caliber. If you are looking to start Pilates or continue to deepen your practice, Jamie is your instructor. She is mine when I return.

Jamie is the best pilates instructor I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable, thorough in approach and personally committed to her clients. Jamie takes the trouble to get to know each clients needs and customizes for each individual even in group situations. She is very focused on making sure we do the exercise correctly. I love that her classes are energetic, dynamic and fun. Highly recommend Fitfoo and Jamie!

Started doing private sessions with Jamie 4 months ago as a first step out of my sedentary life and have been enjoying it ever since. Due to my work, I sit for very long hours in front of my computer daily. As such, mid-back, lower back and neck pains are daily occurrences for me. I used to require weekly massage or chiropractic sessions to relieve tensions in my body. However, since doing weekly sessions with Jamie, I noticed great improvements in my posture and less need to go for massages!!! Jamie is very personable. She caters each session based on how I am feeling on the day. Before each session, she would ask if I have particular issues / body parts that I want to focus on. Post a session with her, my body always feels elongated. Sessions with her are never boring. She always has new moves to introduce weekly. Can’t recommend Jamie enough, although I know her private sessions got booked out pretty quickly!

Since I started to attend Fitfoo classes I have never been disappointed. Starting pilates really changed me and doing it with Jamie has been the best choice. Classes offer a great variety of exercises, training full body and never getting boring (even for the same class exercises change on a regular basis so you never get bored). What I liked the most from the beginning though was the professional way of teaching, which I didn’t find in any other studios. Jamie is always actively checking on attendees body conditions and also making sure during the class that exercises are executed in the right way. I love the attention given to the clients! Definitely reccomended!

Jamie's reformer classes are very challenging and a great workout!! Class sequences are varied and doesn't feel repetitive. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you have proper form. Jamie makes class enjoyable with her witty sense of humour. 10/10!

I’ve been attending Jamie’s group reformer classes for about 6 months. Jamie is knowledgeable and communicates well - she explains the movements and techniques and the purpose of each stretch and exercise we do. Although it’s a group class, Jamie is personal - she understands and remembers our needs and tailors the workout session accordingly for the group. I find myself getting stronger and more flexible. Her classes are fun and enjoyable, well-balanced, never boring and she motivates everyone with her passion and bubbly and jovial personality. Thank you Jamie!
