★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store on 22Feb around 12.30pm and the male staff serving me was extremely friendly and courteous :) Everything was packaged well and as always, the coffee at flash is amazing :") tried the banana caramel muffin today and honestly I M IN LOVEEEE !!! soooo good :") great experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous, professional and prompt service. Made a mistake when using the Flash app. Instead of selecting Plaza Singapura as the collection point, accidentally selected Toa Payoh. Realizing my mistake, I initiated a chat session and received a phone call almost immediately! Showed the order to the staff at Plaza Singapura and they got onto my order and solved the issue. Well done :-)
