★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the salmon sandwich, chocolate croissant and cappuccino.
Its a horrible breakfast to have.
Croissant were cold and hard. Cappuccino became a flat white. Salmon sandwich were so-so, buns weren't toasted. Even with the smoked salmon, it was practically tasteless.
I hope J&D can train their staff to make coffee better and food better and service standards better. Its not worth my $18.40!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible experience! We came on Sunday, 27 February, 1:45PM!! Female, long hair, white pony-tail (not the cashier), she is very very rude! Black face and throwing things everywhere in front of us showing that kind of “face”!!! Yeah, previous reviews showed the same thing!

1. Horrible and tasteless mocha. The espressos were too weak, mostly tasted the chocolate.
2. Mac and cheese looked really terrible. It’s as though they were microwaved and served.
3. Counter, kitchen and coffee machine was a mess. Couldn’t believe I spent a good amount just to ingest unhygienic food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy the fresh coffee, sandwishes and cakes in J & D. The staff in Plaza Singapura J & D are fantastic! They are so helpful, cheerful and hard working. Specially Brian, made the whole environment so relax and welcome. He also cleaned up table quickly whenever customers had left. Made the cafe clean and ready for another walk in customer. They also take the initiative to serve me a glass of water which is good after coffee. Will love to come back in such relax cafe again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 1 baked cheesecake and 1 pandan gula melaka cake. My friend who had the cheesecake said that it was quite good. I went with the pandan gula melaka, and I think it's not bad, especially when it's heated up prior serving, however it was a little on the dry side for my taste (Microwaved without a cup of water inside? Or micromaved too long? ?). Cappuccino was okay. Overall it's an average experience, nothing special. The place can get quite crowded for dine-ins.
