I should have checked the reviews before going in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sense of urgency, I’ve been here 3 times and will not come back. Only 1 staff making drinks and always do it very slow. All 3 times have been making me to wait for more than 10mins though there’s no customer. What a huge turnoff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure which part of the brand represents “flash”. 3 staff, one making coffee, one looking at the oven, one watching videos (with earpiece) on her phone at the back. I was second in line and no one even acknowledged me when it wasnt even busy. Waited for some time and gave up and left. No urgency nor service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly the most efficient. Especially in mornings when people are getting their caffeine fix and drinks before work, there doesn't seem any sense of urgency for filling orders and only 1 of the staff is hard at work.
