โ โ โ โ โ Avoid the retro!
Got the retro & latte gula, both iced with Burpple. While the latte gula was really good, the retro was really disappointing. It came diluted (ice melted) & lukewarm so I requested to change it. the service staff was really nice about it and took it back but it came back even more diluted...seems like all she did was add more ice & milk which further diluted the coffee. Will just avoid the retro next time.
Also side note @ Huggs please do something about the video that is playing at all your outlets. Not sure how no one caught the editing fails before it was approved, especially the one at the end with the split screen overlay. These errors really do not reflect well on your brand.

โ โ โ โ โ bought a cake to celebrate a friend's birthday in advance and the staff sweetly used chocolate to spell happy birthday for her! was a pleasant surprise๏ผ-๏ผprovided lighter and candles too!! really good experience

โ โ โ โ โ A nice place for a pit stop with ample seating. Can get noisy especially with parents wheeling babies and children.
The ondeh ondeh cake was nice, if a tad sweet. It was tasty if crumbly, and the coconut flakes were fresh. The Americano was strong.
There is a small cubicle with a glass door at the end if you need privacy for a call.

โ โ โ โ โ Service for 2 coffees during a non peak hour took 20mins. I'm not sure what kind of coffee were they brewing, taking into consideration that one was cold brew. Which tasted horrible. Absolutely horrible.
Please do not try their cold brew. Please!!!!! Please do some improvements to your recipe as well as some technical training for your staffs. Staff had good attitude though. Also, they charge 50cents for tap water. Lol.

โ โ โ โ โ We enjoyed our Hoji-cino and coffee. The chicken mushroom pie was ok. The croissant cannot make it. The dark chocolate ice cream was not bad. Not sure why there was no background music though. Nothing to shout about here, just another place to stop over.

โ โ โ โ โ Always crowded. Wide selection of drinks from lattes, kopi-C to frapppes. Food selection adequate. Sometimes wait can be really long while queuing to order. Staff are friendly and helpful and always look like they are working hard to keep up with the orders.

โ โ โ โ โ Great ice cream and desserts place! This outlet is the newest addition to this chain. Very chic and inviting decor. The pistachio ice cream is a must try!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried the Melbourne white, double chocolate frappe and mocha which were all good. I like the design of the place, feels chill and relaxed. Thereโs also a music room where you can listen to your music in silence I assume. The yuzu osmanthus cake is good as well but quite pricey at $8.
Overall good except I got evicted randomly from the sofa seat by one of the staff declaring that it was being reserved with no explanation whatsoever. Not pleasant at all.
