★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parents allow their kids to run wild in the evening and they can be very noisy.. Litter bugs found in most blocks...notices are frequent to caution against littering. Fly pass by RSAF (near airbase) in the morning / afternoon and evening the noise can be irritating. If you want a quieter place, look else where.. this is not the place for quiet living.

Compass One mall and sengkang mrt within 3-4 mins walking distance.. Various of food options (2 Kopitiams nearby within walking distance), Clinic and hospitals, Singpost office at SCC, Schools.. Overall great location and convenient..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the management office and security guards are friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Cross ventilation in the unit I visited so it’s quite breezy.
Was comparing it with Compass Height and La Fiesta. Relatively new and no adverse news.
