★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent condo right above bus interchange, integrated with Sengkang MRT, adjacent to newly renovated Compass One mall. Clinics, childcare, school, post office, polyclinic, hospital, community center, police post, hawker center, public library, supermarkets, all within 5 mins walking distance. Fully sheltered to the mrt and bust stops, very convenient on rainy days. Security guards are diligent with checking possible trespasser into the condo, good job on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compass Heights is situated on top of the integrated Bus interchange and MRT Station. There is also a Shopping Mall next to it that housed many other stalls and supermarket on the basement. There is also an anchored tenants Starbucks, National Library, Banks etc,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 15 yr old built, 6 tower condo, but nicely maintained. Apartment size are apparently big.
Mostly Indian and Singaporean community.
Right on top of a Mall and MRT /LRt / bus interchange.
Has a small gym but a big pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Community is mostly Singaporean families and south Asian expats. Good sized pool, well maintained playground and gym. The best thing about this condominium is it's proximity to the mall. It's attached to the mall, so getting food & groceries is just a 2min trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited my parents who have been staying there for over a decade on 29 May noon. The condo was quiet well maintained. Saw security doing checks on the car before me. Made me felt so the place so secured. I was also warmly greeted by the security during my registration. Clean, secured and a condo with warmth heartening staff

Connections with Sengang MRT station and bus interchanges with plenty of dinning shopping banking library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Seaside and natural river with landscape play grounds and greenery were nearby. Free wifi. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and varieties with professional warm services. Great views of greenery with full condo fasciitis. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.
