★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order for 2 Teal boxes to be delivered on 7 May between 10am - 2pm. Received email confirmation for the order but nothing about order being sent (stated in the order email that I will be notified once order in on the way).
1 box came at 9pm on 7 May, and another box still MIA.
Dropped two emails to sgfloralculture since 7 May 3pm and have not received a reply.
Please don’t promise what you cannot deliver.
Edit: still no response and have not received the second box of flowers. (11 May 2022)

I had ordered a flower delivery for delivery timing 9AM-2PM on 6 May as an early Mother's Day surprise to my mum's office.
However, the flower was not delivered as per the timeslot and I had received no reply to my email enquiry. Instead I received another new email sent to me on 6 May 2022 at 6.13pm (18:13) that the order is on the way..?
But my mum's office is closed at 5pm already.
If you are the owner, please reply to my email or contact me?

Will recommend everyone to get your floral arrangements from here! Super friendly and accommodating staff and the arrangements are really affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floral Culture made my proposal extremely memorable with the most beautiful floral arrangement and set up of fresh, lovely, and blossomed hand picked David Austin roses along-with some gorgeous pompanos. I’m so glad we had FloralCulture, especially Kevin, be a part of this important and special moment of our lives because of how selflessly involved he was in the whole process of the floral set up from the moment the flowers arrived at the venue wherein not only did he make sure that the flowers are re-arranged and positioned till it looks perfect with the lights and the backdrop of Marina Bay Sands but also put in that extra effort to capture and record the special moments of my surprise proposal. We absolutely loved the quality of the flowers and the curation that Floral Culture provides along with their unmatched warmth and hospitality that made our day so much more beautiful and picturesque. Looking forward to use their floral services more often.
