Very satisfied with Fluffy Hearts service! My dog came back home smelling fresh and clean. The person whom i was communicating the whole time (sorry im not sure of your name?) was super friendly and she updated me every now and then about my dog while he was in their care. Highly recommended!!?☺️

My mom met the owners of fluffy hearts on a super random occasion and she came back and intro me. Decided to give them a try to groom my spitz. Was initially quite worried cos my spitz is not the easiest to handle but they kept assuring me that everything is fine. Lots of updates from them and they were super patient and nice towards my spitz who nib the groomer because he was sensitive about being shaved on the paws. One week after, they still check in with me on how’s my dog. Super sweet! Oh ya, normally my dog will give us attitude and be very angry after grooming for a few days but after going to fluffy hearts, he came back without being angry. Not sure what magic did Fluffy hearts do? Haha! Anyway thank you for being patient and letting My dog play with your doggos and make him tired :) o yes! Fluffy hearts is super punctual too :) book them for grooming! You won’t regret!!

Brought my Chi Huahua there for a grooming session. Was a great session, and can really feel that the fur became softer and less prone to tangling after using their shampoo. Friendly staff and helpful too. Totally trust Fluffy Hearts to do a good job!

One of the best grooming experience so far, Truffle's fur is super soft even after a few days. Will definitely come again :)

This is my first time trying with them, we have a bad experience on our previous groomer but Aderline is a patient and cool groomer, she has trimmed my pup so nicely and my first time seeing her smile after grooming, even our family love it so much ?? definitely will go back to her again..?
