Angeline is a very patient with my dogs and she has been grooming my furkids for the past 12 years or more

This place is great. Angeline and team does a fantastic job with a friendly and helpful manner. We always feel comfortable leaving our pup in her capable hands.

Angeline is a very knowledgeable and friendly groomer! I bring my mini schanuzer to her for a nice shave.

Angeline treats my furkid as her own and I feel that my dog is in safe hands when I send her there for grooming!

Tinie just had her first full grooming with Pets Passion. Angeline managed to handle my furkid well despite she is hyperactive and naughty. Good job and highly recommend.

Never go there! We sent our poodle to this shop about 4.00pm for WASH only and noticed there were 5 other dogs already there. Four dogs were on the grooming tables with a short leash around the necks waiting while one on the floor roaming freely. The sulking looking lady (namecard says New York certified?) groomer said she would call us once our pet is ready. About 5:30pm, we went to collect our dog and she asked us if we wanted receipt. No receipt is cheaper(?) at $30 for wash only!, and with receipt was $35 - why arh???. We paid and went into our car to go home. Immediately inside our car, we noticed a very strong (pungent) poor quality "perfume" from our poodle. My wife started to have "Headache" and I felt "Terrible" on the way home. We had to wash our arms with washing liquid(!!!) to rid the "chemicals". The next day after the perfume worn off, we realised that she did not wash our pet as the smell and tiny skin debris between the tail hairs were still present. I wanted to call and question the groomer but my wife stopped me, saying it was pointless to complain. We felt cheated and very disappointed and promised never go there again!!! Bad Experienced Couple.

Definitely one of the most dedicated and experienced groomer...but do book appointment in advance as I believe she limits the number of dogs that she will handle daily....quality
