The best thing about this place is their wonderful grooming team - it was my dog's first time being groomed by non-family so he often resisted but the groomer was very patient and did an amazing job. The staff was also very nice and patient and helped me when I accidentally spilled the bag of treats I bought all over the floor, ahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a really good variety of hamster cages as compared to other branches despite their size. This branch also provides grooming services - you can go round the corner to chill out or stuff yourself silly before coming back for your groomed pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my buddy there for nail clipping, and everything was pleasant right from the very first call. The groomer Val (Hope I got her name right) was very gentle and professional. Took me months of chasing around just to clip 1 nail, and she clip and filed all 4 paws in less then 20 minutes.. LOL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than a year ago in late 2020, we had a faulty heating light clamp. We brought it back and the staff said they will check and get back to us. They loaned us their old and dirty light clamp in the meantime. We were never contacted again and to this date, we are still using the loaned equipment with our newer clamp presumably somewhere in the store. If you can trace this back, looking forward to the call to exchange your old clamp for mine back.
